Multi-Form With Selectable Rooms And Clickable Calendars: This style has multiple steps to preparing a reservation request or to book a reservation online. - Step One allows the user to select the room and the dates for their reservation. Just above the picture on the left hand side, a drop-down field allows the user to select the particular room that they are interested in for their reservation. Once the room is selected, the calendar can be used to check for room availability. If the user's desirable dates are available, they can click on those dates to select them. As the dates are selected, the reservation costs, including taxes and additional charges, are calculated and displayed to the right. When the room and dates have been selected, the user can continue by clicking the "Continue" button at the bottom right corner of Step One. - Step Two requires the user to enter their contact information which when entered and submitted will be found in the guest management software portion of your account. - Step Three allows the user to confirm their reservation before submitting it. Once submitted, you will receive the request in your email. If the user clicks the button to book the reservation online, your required minimum deposit will be collected from them through PayPal. If they choose to book the reservation, they will be sent to PayPal where their credit card information will be collect and processed. If the payment is processed with a valid credit card, PalPay will let our servers know and the reservation dates will be automatically blocked off that room's calendar so that they will not be available for other users. You will receive an email from PayPal when the payment hits your FREE PayPal Business Account. Transaction are completed and funds apply to your account immediatly. |
